There's no front desk and no rota of strangers here. The family who own Pine Farm are the ones who answer the phone, settle the cats at night, and take the dogs out to the play area each morning. When you hand your pet over, you're handing them to us, and you'll meet us first.
We keep numbers sensible on purpose. It means every guest gets noticed, every feed goes in the way you asked, and nothing important slips through. Proper care isn't a slogan for us, it's just what happens when the same hands look after every animal, every day.
